I understand that there is always some risk involved in updating website software such as WordPress, and the plugins and themes installed in my site. I accept the possibility that a plugin or other update could cause a conflict that may temporarily affect my site’s appearance or usability.

I agree that in the event of issues with my site, AFV’s liability and services will be limited to restoring my site to its pre-update state.

I further acknowledge that work performed by myself or others prior or in addition to my engagement with AFV could have introduced errors or conflicts into my site. I understand that addressing such issues is beyond the scope of my Site Care engagement with AFV.
